2nd / 3rd Line Technical Support

Opportunity to work with an Aon Global Best Employer accredited organisation in a 4 month contract, with the possibility of converting to FTC or permanent.  The role is with a Level 2 / Level 3 support team, providing a world class support service to a varied population, along with making a positive contribution to Continuous Service Improvement.  The successful candidate will have:

  • Solid, demonstrable 2nd Line / Level 2 support experience, ideally also 3rd Line / Level 3.
  • A strong and wide range of technical ability including networking (Cisco Meraki), servers (HP), desktop (Microsoft technologies), backup (Veeam) and much more including the opportunity to learn a range of other standard and bespoke systems.
  • Experience in working within an ITIL framework and ideally with ITIL certification.
  • Exceptional service delivery / customer focused attitude and aptitude.
